Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Nuvelia. We want you to love your purchase. If you're not fully satisfied, here's how returns and refunds work.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. For hygiene and safety reasons, this applies especially to opened or used skincare and beauty products, which cannot be returned once opened.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at nuveliabeautyshop@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original and place a new order once the return is accepted.
